It’s Worth Traveling is a boutique travel agency specializing in custom-designed vacations and elevated client experiences. As our business grows, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Part-Time Assistant to support daily operations, marketing execution, and behind-the-scenes trip coordination.
This role is essential to maintaining the polished, seamless experience our clients expect.
Position Overview
This position provides administrative and operational support across the business. While there will be minimal direct client interaction, your work will directly impact client experience, brand consistency, and overall business efficiency.
The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, values clear processes, remains calm under deadlines, and takes pride in precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions
Maintain organized client records, digital systems, and internal workflows
Draft, format, and proofread client communications and travel documentation
Support trip preparation and post-travel follow-up processes
Conduct research and assist with proposal and itinerary preparation as directed
Assist with marketing execution, including email campaigns and social media support
Help maintain brand consistency and contribute to an elevated client experience
Support special projects and process improvements as the business evolves
Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong written communication skills
Ability to follow multi-step instructions precisely and consistently
Organized, process-driven mindset
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, and learning new technology platforms
Self-motivated and dependable in an independent work environment
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism
Prior administrative experience preferred

Approximately 5-10 hours per week to start (flexible scheduling within business needs)
In-office position located in Crown Point, IN
Starting at $16-$18/hour, based on experience, with a review after first 3 months
Opportunity for growth as the business expands
High school diploma or higher required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
